By uploading content, you warrant that you possess all necessary rights and licenses.\r\n* Strict Prohibitions: You shall not upload, post, or transmit any content that:\r\n  - Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.\r\n  - Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or promotes hate speech.\r\n  - Contains malicious code, viruses, or spam.\r\n  - Depicts or promotes illegal activities or violence.\r\n* Note on Moderation: PlyGram provides in-app features enabling users to Flag/Report Content and Block Users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content and reserve the right to remove non-compliant content and permanently terminate user accounts without prior notice.\r\n\r\n5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSES\r\nYou retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights to the content you upload. However, by submitting content to PlyGram, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the content in connection with the operation of the Service.\r\n\r\n6. CREATOR MONETIZATION PROGRAM\r\nEligible Users may participate in the PlyGram Monetization Program.\r\n* Earnings are calculated based on proprietary platform metrics, including ad impressions, user engagement, and adherence to advertiser-friendly guidelines.\r\n* SHKUMARAMAN reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria, payment thresholds, and revenue-sharing percentages at its sole discretion.\r\n* Any generation of artificial engagement (e.g., bots, engagement pods) will result in immediate termination of the monetization agreement and forfeiture of all accrued earnings.\r\n\r\n7. ADVERTISING AND IN-APP PROMOTIONS\r\nPlyGram is a free service supported by advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge that you may be shown advertisements from third-party networks or promoted content from other users.\r\n* Purchasing Promotions: Users may choose to purchase in-app promotions to boost the visibility of their content. \r\n* No Guarantees & Refunds: All payments for promotional services are final and non-refundable. We do not guarantee specific engagement metrics, views, or outcomes from purchased promotions.\r\n\r\n8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY\r\nTo the maximum extent permitted by law, SHKUMARAMAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.\r\n\r\n9. INDEMNIFICATION\r\nYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHKUMARAMAN, its affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.\r\n\r\n10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION\r\nThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
